I've been getting a lot of questions recently about why and how to use Instagram Stories, and whether using it actually had an effect on your engagement. But let's start from the beginning: What is Instagram Stories all about? Instagram Stories is basically Instagram’s built in Snapchat, that allows you to string together photos, videos, and boomerangs throughout the day, edit them with fun emojis and drawings and basically share your “daily story”. Your Instagram stories only stay up for 24 hours, and after that, they disappear.
